Overview
Through a comprehensive assessment and co-development process, our QTC Education Program team develop custom courses that are contextualised to your sector and designed to address your specific organisational needs, or to integrate into your broader educational initiatives.
Typically, custom courses combine a number of content delivery methods and learning activities, including:
- practical exercises
- live examples
- simulations
- relevant case studies, and
- interactive group discussions.
We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and we will work with you to customise a course that delivers the best results for you and your organisation.
Our approach
Determine your needs
We conduct an initial needs assessment to define what you need, what you want to achieve or what problem you want to solve. From this, we will determine if an existing course can be customised to meet your needs or if a new course needs to be designed.
Prepare your learning outline
We prepare a learning outline, detailing your learning objectives and the proposed custom course.
Develop your custom learning solution
We collaborate with you to develop a custom learning solution to ensure relevance and currency. This process includes determining the optimal course format, deciding on the location and building out practical exercises, live simulations and other learning activities.
Deliver your custom course
One of our high-calibre, expert facilitators delivers your custom course at your nominated location.
Close the loop
We collect feedback from all course participants and provide that collated feedback back to you, so that you can assess the value of the course.
