Project and Change Management

This two-day workshop introduces participants to the essential principles and practical methodologies for managing both the technical and human dimensions of projects in the public sector. It provides a solid foundation for understanding how to navigate the complexities of project delivery while supporting the people affected by change.

Participants will follow the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through to execution and transition into business-as-usual operations. Along the way, they’ll explore how project management and change management intersect and why integrating both disciplines is critical to achieving sustainable outcomes.

Through a combination of guided discussions, real-world case examples, and hands-on exercises, learners will apply tools and techniques in a context tailored to the public sector. The course emphasises practical application, helping participants build confidence in managing change and delivering value in environments where accountability, transparency, and stakeholder engagement are key.
